Position: Agentic Product Lead – Fraud & Claims
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract

Mission & Operating Model:

• Lead the design and delivery of agentic operational products, such as Claims Investigation, Alerts Investigation, and Intelligent Intake, by applying deep fraud and claims operations expertise, industry best practices, and a product-led design approach to transform investigator expertise, business objectives, and operating procedures into scalable agentic workflows, intelligent decision-support capabilities, and implementation-ready product and architecture artifacts.
• This role is expected to operate using a product-led design approach by applying deep fraud and claims operations expertise to develop agentic product solutions that integrate business objectives, investigator expertise, and operating procedures.
• Solutions are validated and refined with business SMEs rather than developed through traditional requirements elicitation.

Lead with product design:

• Develop the product vision, workflows, and solution designs from business objectives, investigator expertise, operating procedures, and industry experience before engaging business SMEs to validate and refine the proposed solution.

Lead solution design:

• Define product architecture, agent behaviors, reasoning models, deterministic and AI-driven decision strategies, investigator experiences, and AI and human interaction models that accelerate delivery while preserving human oversight, explainability, and regulatory compliance.

Lead product execution:

• Lead a single cross-functional product team, driving product and design decisions throughout implementation to ensure delivered capabilities fully realize the intended agent behaviors, investigator experience, and business outcomes.

Design through execution:

• Work hands-on with claims & fraud operations, engineering, and data science to prototype, validate, and refine solutions as part of implementation, not as conceptual artifacts.

Deliver implementation-ready artifacts:

• Produce production-ready product and architecture artifacts, including agent workflows, orchestration models, interaction designs, and prioritized implementation backlogs that accelerate delivery.

Operationalize investigator expertise:

• Transform investigator knowledge and business intent into scalable agent behaviors, decision support capabilities, and reusable design patterns that can be extended across Fraud and Claims.

Build internal capability:

• product teams to independently design and deliver future agentic operational products.
• The Agentic Product Lead is expected to accelerate  ability to conceive, design, and deliver agentic operational products by bringing proven Fraud & Claims domain expertise, product leadership, and agentic design experience that complements and elevates the capabilities of the internal team.
