The Role • Perform image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) using modern techniques for precise and targeted treatments. • Administer stereotactic radiation therapy with high precision and minimal impact on surrounding tissue. • Conduct intraluminal, intracavitary, and interstitial brachytherapy, ensuring individualized patient care. • Ensure optimal patient alignment and treatment delivery. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and medical physicists. What You'll Need • Completed and state-recognized training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent, with current radiation protection expertise. • Ideally, some prior experience in radiation therapy. • A passion for the profession, with an empathetic and patient-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
