Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Marvin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead design, optimization, and support of production systems for premium windows, doors, and skylights. You will drive manufacturing process improvements, integrate automation and data systems, and support new product introductions across multiple plants. Key responsibilities include analyzing production performance, implementing lean and Six Sigma initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring equipment reliability and safety. You'll mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with operations, quality, and maintenance to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain manufacturing systems for window, door, and skylight production
• Analyze production data to improve throughput, quality, and cost performance
• Lead lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and variability
• Integrate automation, controls, and MES solutions across manufacturing lines
• Support new product introductions with process and equipment readiness
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance on continuous improvement projects
• Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with company standards
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standards
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage timelines and deliverables
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to plant teams
