We are looking for a leader for the heart of our fresh food counter, a place where exquisite creations of the finest quality are crafted for our customers. You will embody a valued leadership style, leveraging your expertise to manage your team, ensure product quality, and oversee all operational aspects.

The Role

• Lead and inspire your team, setting an example and effectively implementing national sales concepts.
• Ensure exceptional product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail.
• Delight customers with appealing product displays, expert advice, and attentive service.
• Independently implement your ideas for sales-promoting measures.
• Maintain full control over cost and revenue development, regular inventory, product sourcing, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship, preferably in the food retail sector, or equivalent experience with first leadership roles in bakery or self-service fresh food counters.
• Solid product knowledge and a high awareness of freshness and quality.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven work approach, tackling tasks with structure and diligence.
• Strong team spirit, excellent customer orientation, and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays.
