Finance Executive - A Reputed Law Firm - Bengaluru


Job Summary

A reputed law firm is looking to hire a Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, MIS preparation, bank reconciliations, vendor management, and supporting the smooth functioning of finance operations and office administration.

Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong focus on High Court and civil practice. The firm is recognized for its experienced legal professionals who provide comprehensive representation and strategic counsel across a broad spectrum of civil and litigation matters. The firm delivers effective legal solutions tailored to the needs of its clients.


Location: Cunninghum road, Bengaluru


Designation: Finance Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
  • Prepare and process client invoices.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
  • Maintain ledgers and accounting records in Tally.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
  • Handle petty cash management and reconciliations.
  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and related documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and Professional Tax compliance.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and service providers whenever required.
  • Coordinate with office vendors and ensure timely payments and service delivery.
  • Maintain administrative records and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage office administrative requirements.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in accounting and finance functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
  • Good knowledge of invoicing, BRS, ledger accounting, TDS, petty cash management, and MIS reporting.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processing and Professional Tax compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.


Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance Related Field


Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience is required.


Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alt Saturday is off)
