Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic FP&A professional with 5-8 years of experience who can partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, profitability, and strategic decision-making across multiple business verticals.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• MIS & Management Reporting
• Financial Modelling & Business Analytics
• Costing & Profitability Analysis
• Business Partnering with Cross-functional Teams
• KPI Reporting & Performance Analysis

Desired Profile:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance
• Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Goods industry background preferred
• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, ERP, and financial modelling
• Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage
