Job Description
I'm currently recruiting a Compliance Manager for Mitie on their healthcare contract. It's a hybrid position with around 2 days per week across London sites.
The role will take ownership of Hard FM compliance across the contract, including:
- Statutory inspections, testing and certification
- PPM and reactive SLA compliance
- Hard FM compliance calendars
- HTM, HSE and legislative compliance
- Contractor audits, permits, RAMS and qualifications
- Helpdesk performance and processes
- Identifying overdue works, defects and compliance gaps
- Managing corrective actions through to completion
- Supporting the contract team against key performance indicators
They're looking for someone with a solid FM compliance / technical compliance background, ideally from healthcare or another regulated environment.
