The Role

• Manage complex recruitment assignments for critical corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and salary expectations.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high caliber of both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
• Support and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance environment.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to overcome challenges with a resourceful and positive attitude.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with influence across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle corporate recruitment.
