Business Recruiter

About the Role

Join a Series A applied AI company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting leadership and executives to build the talent pipeline and hiring practices needed to support the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and closing.

• Build proactive pipelines of candidates with backgrounds in finance, consulting, private equity, and technology.

• Partner with recruiting leadership and executives to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run rigorous interview processes.

• Build and improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics, assess conversion at each stage, and refine recruiting approaches based on results.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including corporate in-house experience.

• A track record of full-cycle recruiting, owning searches from sourcing through close, ideally at a high-growth startup.

• Experience building pipelines for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles, including senior business and go-to-market talent.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and cross-functional leaders.

• High initiative and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

• Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
