Job Description

BI Platform Support Lead / Senior Analyst

We are seeking a senior BI platform professional with 10+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, Alteryx, and MicroStrategy. The role will support enterprise BI environments, platform administration, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, performance tuning, and production operations.

Key Skills

  • Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud and Alteryx Server administration
  • MicroStrategy support
  • Platform upgrades, patching, backups, and capacity management
  • SSO, SAML, Active Directory, RBAC, and service accounts
  • Incident management and root-cause analysis
  • Windows/Linux, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, proxies, and firewalls
  • AWS/Azure cloud support
  • PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and automation
  • ITIL change, incident, problem, and release management
  • BI governance, license optimization, monitoring, and documentation

Preferred: Tableau or Alteryx certification and experience in regulated environments.
