Water Mitigation Technician - (Sign on Bonus $1000)

As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will play an important role in helping restore residential properties affected by water damage. This position is suited to someone who brings hands-on restoration experience and values providing a positive customer experience throughout the mitigation process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the restoration team and crew chief to remediate water damage and mold in structurally compromised properties.
• Conduct the full mitigation process for home restoration involving water, fire, and mold damage.
• Load, carry, and install fans and heavy drying equipment to and from job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of water damage restoration experience.
• Understanding of water mitigation procedures, structural drying, moisture mapping, and restoration equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability for unpredictable after-hours work based on job needs is a plus.
