We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Participate in the planning, installation, configuration, and support of telecommunication systems. • Administer, configure, and monitor mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets using MDM software. • Plan, implement, and oversee VoIP and video communication systems. • Analyze telephony issues, perform diagnostics, and implement/monitor collaboration solutions like WebEx. • Create documentation, train users on VoIP and WebEx applications, and procure, configure, and distribute VoIP devices and accessories. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification. • Solid knowledge of network technologies and strong understanding of TCP/IP. • Preferably, additional certifications in Mobile Device Management or collaboration environments. • Reliable user support via remote access. • Target and team orientation, with strong communication skills. • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
