The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events
• Engage with potential customers to generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays
• Act as a brand ambassador, building trust and making a positive first impression

What You'll Need

• A naturally outgoing personality and a passion for connecting with people
• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations
• The ability to handle rejection with confidence and resilience
• Comfort being on your feet and performing physically engaging tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs
• Access to a smartphone for work-related activities
• A minimum of 15 hours of availability per week
