Job Description

Acosta Group is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to support brand activation and retail marketing programs for leading consumer packaged goods clients. In this role, you will execute in-store and field marketing campaigns, coordinate merchandising initiatives, and ensure brand standards are met across assigned territories. Responsibilities include setting up displays, collecting retail data, reporting performance, and collaborating with sales and client teams. You will analyze campaign results, identify opportunities to improve in-store execution, and help deliver engaging shopper experiences that drive sales and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute in-store and field marketing campaigns for assigned brands and retailers.
  • Set up, maintain, and audit merchandising displays and promotional materials.
  • Collect, analyze, and report retail and shopper data using standard tools.
  • Ensure brand standards, planograms, and promotional guidelines are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with sales, client, and retail partners to support program objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve in-store execution and shopper engagement.
  • Support special events, demos, or activations as needed in the field.
  • Communicate findings, photos, and insights from store visits in a timely manner.
  • Manage route planning, scheduling, and territory coverage efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety, compliance, and company policies while working in the field.
