Job Summary
ChabezTech LLC is looking for experienced Java Full Stack Developers with AWS expertise to join a critical project supporting a leading financial-services organization in Jersey City, NJ.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, REST APIs, front-end development, databases, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Candidates should be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced enterprise environment and be willing to work 5 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 8+/11+ and Spring Boot.
- Build and support Microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Develop front-end applications using ReactJS or Angular.
- Design and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS.
- Work with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, SQS/SNS, and related services.
- Develop integrations using Kafka and messaging platforms.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and financial-services partners.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+/11+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong front-end experience with ReactJS or Angular.
- Hands-on AWS experience.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD.
- Strong SQL/NoSQL database experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
