Photo Shoot Assistant

Location: Hybrid Job Type: 1-Year Contract Schedule: Flexible hybrid schedule based on project needs and photoshoot requirements Oxford Solutions is seeking a Photo Shoot Assistant for a client opportunity supporting marketing photography and video production. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in fashion merchandising, styling, or creative production. In this role, you will help coordinate clothing, accessories, props, and merchandise for photo shoots while working with creative, marketing, and production teams.

Responsibilities Organize and prepare clothing, accessories, and merchandise for photo shoots. Assist with product samples, inventory tracking, packing, shipping, and returns. Help coordinate merchandise and props before and during photo shoots. Support stylists and production teams to ensure products are accurate and ready for photography. Assist with clothing fittings and seasonal merchandise presentations. Maintain spreadsheets, schedules, and product tracking documents. Communicate with internal teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Entry-level candidates and recent college graduates encouraged to apply. Interest in fashion, retail merchandising, photography, or creative production. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work onsite and travel for photo shoots as needed.
