The Role

• Engage with customers and decision-makers within an assigned territory to generate sales and promote products.
• Ensure product availability and optimize sales opportunities by fulfilling merchandising needs at retail locations.
• Build and maintain product displays, end caps, and manage shelf resets with product rotation.
• Track inventory and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales for stores and suppliers.
• Act as an ambassador for world-famous brands, enhancing the in-store customer experience.
• Collaborate with store management to execute promotional activities and product placements.

What You'll Need

• 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently and demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage sales volume increase through promotional activity and merchandising.
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to work effectively in a retail environment.
