What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists and clinic support staff.

• Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on treatment as needed.

• Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with clinicians to continuously improve care.

• Develop and maintain clinic processes that support operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.

• Manage clinic performance, including budgets, productivity, and operational goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and the surrounding community.

• Partner with organizational leadership to review clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support community outreach and initiatives that strengthen the practice's presence.

• Stay current on advancements in physical therapy and encourage continued clinical development across the team.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for Physical Therapists who:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualification.

• Have an active California Physical Therapist license or are eligible for licensure.

• Bring clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Are passionate about mentoring clinicians and building a positive team environment.

• Understand the importance of operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

• Are comfortable using electronic medical records and clinic management technology.

• Want to make a meaningful impact on both patient care and the overall success of a practice.

Previous supervisory or clinic management experience is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience.
