  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative research, financial modelling and valuation across sectors, geographies and stages
  • Preparing and presenting due diligence materials and investment committee memoranda
  • Forming and articulating a clear investment view, and defending it in a team setting including IC discussions
  • Supporting deal structuring, closing coordination and ongoing monitoring of portfolio investments
  • Occasional travel for on-site due diligence and sponsor meetings

What We're Looking For

  • A strong academic background
  • 1-2 years' experience in private equity, top-tier investment banking, and/or consulting
  • Excellent quantitative, modelling and valuation skills, with sound investment judgement and a keen sense of risk/reward
  • A genuine appetite for self-directed learning - particularly around AI and automation, with hands-on experimentation a plus
  • A proactive, creative problem-solver who can work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple workstreams with excellent attention to detail
  • A positive, collaborative attitude
