The Role

• Build strong rapport with customers through excellent phone and email communication.
• Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts to minimize aging.
• Investigate overdue payments and collaborate with customers to resolve issues.
• Meet and exceed departmental goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with a team to reduce overall account aging and bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
