Job Description

Role: Paycom Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location:  Seattle, WA
Work Mode: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Interview Mode: Only Video

The Client is seeking an experienced Paycom Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a short-term contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Paycom platform, including benefits plan configuration and file feed setup and management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Paycom Platform SME, providing functional and technical expertise.
  • Configure and maintain benefit plans within the Paycom platform.
  • Configure, test, and support outbound and inbound file feeds and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and file feed issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation activities.
  • Provide platform knowledge and guidance to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Document configuration requirements, processes, and system changes as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Paycom platform.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring benefit plans.
  • Experience configuring and managing file feeds, including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and quickly understand business requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
