Power BI Developer - Finance

About the role:

This role is looking for an experienced Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to join the finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is not an entry-level BI role. The client already has team members who can build reports once handed clean data, but lacks someone who can independently interrogate, extract and integrate data across the different systems and platforms the business runs on. We're looking for someone with substantial overall professional experience - either a finance professional who has moved into a data/Power BI specialism as a career step, or an experienced data/BI professional who has specialised in building financial reporting and dashboards for a business. Either background is welcome, provided the experience and independence are there.
