Amazon Connect Specialist Consultant

Location: Milwaukee, WI Salary: $59.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Amazon Connect Specialist Consultant
Hands-on Amazon Connect engineer/developer. Connect flows, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, APIs, CloudWatch, testing/UAT, troubleshooting, and production support. Someone who can execute independently against an established design.

Amazon Connect - Contact flows/IVR, queues, routing, prompts, recordings, configuration, troubleshooting, UAT, deployment and production support
AWS Serverless Development - Lambda (Python/Node.js), S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch and event-driven architectures
Amazon Connect APIs & Integrations - AWS SDK/API development, third-party integrations, data exchange and troubleshooting
Recording & Search Solutions - Amazon Connect historical recordings, S3 storage, recording metadata, indexing, search/retrieval and secure access
Amazon QuickSight - Dashboard development, datasets, filters, calculated fields, modifications, troubleshooting and customer training
SMS/MMS & AWS Messaging - SMS/MMS configuration, short-code registration, carrier requirements and AWS registration processes
Testing & Production Support - Functional testing, UAT support, defect resolution, deployment, go-live and hypercare
Technical Delivery - Ability to take over partially completed AWS/Connect development, work independently, follow solution/CX designs and complete builds
Customer Co-Build & Knowledge Transfer - Comfortable working directly with customer technical resources, conducting build sessions, explaining configurations and providing KT
Documentation - Solution/CX design documentation, configuration documentation, implementation updates and technical handoff materials
