• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic data analytics and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate planning, delivery, and governance of technology capabilities.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams and manage integrated delivery plans.
• Track milestones and ensure successful delivery of complex programs.
• Act as the central coordination point across business and technology functions.
• Establish governance frameworks and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate transition of new capabilities into sustainable support models.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage delivery lifecycle for data analytics and AI initiatives.
• Develop integrated delivery plans and track dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across various stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate alignment and remove blockers in cross-organizational challenges.
• Ensure transparency and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in managing complex technology programs.
• Strong program management and execution skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments and managing governance processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
