The Role

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct on-site customer consultations to understand needs and present tailored garage door solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and proposals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay current with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

What You'll Need

• Previous outside sales experience, ideally in home improvement or construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including CRM systems.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
