About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing scenarios to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
This role combines hands-on SAP PP functional/technical expertise with project leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading project delivery while also going deep into SAP PP configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and solution design when required.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle SAP and non-SAP MTO implementations, including S/4HANA, ECC, and MES, and should understand the integration between PP, SD, MM, QM, and FICO in an MTO environment.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience focused on MTO processes.
Proven experience managing 2 3 or more full-cycle SAP implementations or S/4HANA rollouts involving MTO manufacturing.
Strong hands-on SAP PP configuration experience, particularly with:
o MTO strategies.
o Requirement classes/types.
o Sales order stock.
o Sales order-based planning.
Strong understanding of SAP integration with:
o SD order management, ATP/availability check.
o MM procurement and inventory.
o QM inspection and quality processes.
o FICO sales order costing and settlement.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or SAP Technical Lead.
Experience managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, and multi-workstream delivery teams of 10+ members.
Experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including on-premise and/or cloud environments.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and/or SAP Activate methodologies.
Strong understanding of MTO-specific cutover and data migration requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/Scrum Master, or SAP Activate certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Program Management
Lead end-to-end SAP PP-MTO projects, including implementation, rollout, upgrade (ECC to S/4HANA), and AMS/support engagements.
Manage all project phases, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
Own project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and RAID logs.
Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into project plans, work breakdown structures, sprint plans, and release schedules.
Manage delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Manage cross-functional dependencies across PP, SD, MM, QM, PP-DS/APO, IBP, and FICO.
Drive project governance, including change control, escalation management, steering committee updates, and go-live readiness.
Lead cutover planning and execution.
Manage onshore/offshore delivery teams, third-party vendors, and system integrators
