BIM Specialist I | Phoenix, AZ, United States | On-site

The Role
- Assist estimating and operations teams by creating accurate BIM models of electrical systems.
- Prepare BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD MEP for commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with other trades using NavisWorks for coordination and clash detection.
- Generate dimensioned working/shop drawings for fabrication and installation, along with as-built record drawings.
- Utilize Revit Schedules for material takeoffs and assist with preconstruction efforts.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong commercial electrical background preferred for understanding constructability.
- Proficiency in Revit, including setting up jobs, files, families, and worksets, with abilities in conduit and cable tray tools.
- Experience with NavisWorks for project setup, coordination, and clash detection.
- Ability to extract accurate information from Revit models using schedules.
- Must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and possess a professional attitude.
