The Role

• Assist estimating and operations teams by creating accurate BIM models of electrical systems.
• Prepare BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD MEP for commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with other trades using NavisWorks for coordination and clash detection.
• Generate dimensioned working/shop drawings for fabrication and installation, along with as-built record drawings.
• Utilize Revit Schedules for material takeoffs and assist with preconstruction efforts.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong commercial electrical background preferred for understanding constructability.
• Proficiency in Revit, including setting up jobs, files, families, and worksets, with abilities in conduit and cable tray tools.
• Experience with NavisWorks for project setup, coordination, and clash detection.
• Ability to extract accurate information from Revit models using schedules.
• Must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and possess a professional attitude.
