Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Analyst to support business operations, document production, and end-user technology needs. This role blends system support, data handling, high-volume print operations, and helpdesk assistance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for MS Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Assist with helpdesk-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity problems
  • Support user account administration using Active Directory and Office 365
  • Write, run, and validate SQL queries to support reporting and operational needs
  • Design, manage, and troubleshoot document workflows using Objectif Lune Planet Press
  • Support high-volume printing operations, including monitoring jobs, resolving print issues, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Create and maintain documentation, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes and system efficiency
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support business and operational needs

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Objectif Lune Planet Press
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration or support
  • Experience supporting high-volume printing environments
  • Experience assisting in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management practices
  • Familiarity with document production, print operations, or enterprise systems
