The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by selling essential, recession-resistant services.
• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs within the CRM.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
