Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) Neurologie, Schwerpunkt Parkinson | Neustadt in Holstein, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join a leading medical center renowned for its specialized neurological care, including stroke rehabilitation and the treatment of Parkinson's and epilepsy. Situated on the picturesque Baltic coast, this hospital is a crucial hub for medical services in the region, known for its advanced medical expertise and commitment to patient well-being. The Role • Provide specialized patient consultation and support, particularly for individuals with Parkinson's and epilepsy. • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans with a neurological and therapeutic focus. • Independently manage and execute nursing quality assurance measures, including standards and assessments. • Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary treatment teams, working alongside physicians and specialized therapists. • Actively participate in case conferences and contribute to the development and implementation of neurological nursing concepts. • Adapt to a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous patient care. What You'll Need • Completed training as a registered nurse or in a comparable field. • Experience in caring for neurological patients or a strong interest in this specialty. • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ORBIS is a plus. • Willingness to participate in specialized training, especially in neurology and stroke care. • Strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
