The Role

• Lead, develop, and strategically align IT infrastructure and associated teams to meet business requirements.
• Oversee four departments totaling approximately 30 employees, including budget and personnel planning.
• Define and implement the company-wide IT strategy for infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth IT operations and drive continuous improvement of IT processes.
• Manage IT projects within the IT infrastructure domain.
• Foster the professional and personal development of direct reports, motivating them to achieve high performance.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical degree, technical vocational training, or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive leadership experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Broad and practical expertise in network infrastructures, server landscapes, virtualization, storage, backup systems, and IT security.
• Proven experience in operating IT infrastructures, managing IT projects, and IT Service Management.
• High sense of responsibility, solution-oriented, and structured working style.
• Strong communication, motivation, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Empathetic team leadership and strong leadership capabilities, even under pressure.
• Proficiency in German and English, with willingness to travel.
