The Challenge:
We are seeking a highly collaborative and results-driven AI Solutions Lead to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify AI opportunities, translate business needs into clear technical requirements for offshore development teams, and oversee the successful execution of AI initiatives. Acting as a product manager and subject matter expert, you will ensure seamless project delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and alignment with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Solution Development
Partner with business stakeholders (content, marketing, sales) to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, innovation, and business impact.
Translate business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories for offshore development teams.
Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Project & Team Leadership
Lead and mentor offshore development teams, providing clear direction and technical guidance.
Bridge communication and cultural gaps to foster a collaborative and high-performance working relationship.
Manage multiple AI projects from inception to completion, defining scope, timelines, resources, and ensuring quality delivery within budget.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as the primary liaison between onshore business teams and offshore development teams.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and challenges to key stakeholders.
Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language to drive engagement and adoption.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions for competitive advantage.
Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within AI initiatives.

Essential Skills & Competencies
Project Management: Strong ability to lead projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Team Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional and offshore teams with clear communication and cultural awareness.
AI & Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data solutions.
Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with the ability to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, with a strong background in AI/ML.
Proven experience managing offshore development teams in an onshore-offshore. model.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira), and collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure) and data-driven solutions.

Preferred:
Knowledge of the media industry, news production workflows, or Prospect-to-Pay processes
