Domain Business Analyst

Anywhere in USA or nearshore like Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica – Remote

W2/C2C

 

Mandatory skills: BA with Finance, Marketing, HR domain background + GenAI

 

Role Summary: Bridges Intel business teams and the engineering squad by capturing detailed requirements, workflows, data flows, and acceptance criteria for the Finance, Marketing, and HR agents. Supports UAT, business validation, and adoption enablement.

 

Experience & Certifications
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst; AI awareness required.
• Must be able to work onsite in the USA aligned to Intel hours.
• Fluent English; nearshore Spanish an advantage for LATAM overlap.


Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document user stories, workflows, and business rules for assigned use cases.
• Translate business needs into agent inputs, outputs, tool boundaries, and guardrails.
• Define measurable acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
• Coordinate with Intel SMEs for data access, clarifications, and sign-offs.
• Support KPI baseline definition and post go-live adoption tracking; maintain requirements traceability.

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
• Domain depth in Finance, Marketing, or HR.
• Agile delivery, UAT lifecycle, and KPI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI or chatbot use cases.


Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills
• SAFe / Scrum / Product Owner certification.
• JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and GAP analysis.
• AI Product Management awareness / certification.
