The Role

• Respond to service tickets to ensure optimal application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify potential faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes on security systems.
• Document all system modifications and technical details accurately.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for system upgrades and major modifications.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with low-voltage electronics and electronic security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities.
