The Role

• Provide tailored Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including MLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions for KS1-KS5 students.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools to improve educational outcomes.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in a creative and child-centred manner.
• Engage in in-person, remote, or hybrid teaching arrangements.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
