Job description
About us
Fospha is the measurement system enterprise retail and ecommerce brands run their business on. We give marketing teams one clear, daily view of what's actually working — across every channel and everywhere they sell, from their website to Amazon and TikTok Shop — down to the level of a single ad or piece of creative. It replaces guesswork and gut feel with a number marketing, finance and agencies can all trust and act on. Brands including Dyson, Gymshark, Lululemon and many more use Fospha up to 25 times a day to decide where budget should move next. We've spent over a decade building this, with more than $40 billion in marketing spend now optimised through the platform - and we're scaling fast across London, Mumbai and Austin.
The Graduate Opportunity at Fospha
Joining Fospha’s graduate programme means stepping into a fast-paced environment where you’ll gain real responsibility and exposure from day one. In Partnerships, graduates work directly with some of the world’s biggest digital platforms - like TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat - playing a key role in strengthening relationships, enabling joint initiatives, and driving partner success.
- Hands-on exposure to our Partnerships: Working directly with the platforms such as Tiktok, Meta and Snap, you will build commercial acumen, develop strategic communication skills, and gain a deep understanding of how the digital advertising ecosystem works.
- Cross-Functional Exposure: With support, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a visible impact early on, it’s the ideal launchpad for ambitious graduates looking to break into the world of ad tech and strategic partnerships.
- Comprehensive Training: In addition to the extensive on-the-job learning opportunities, you'll receive a broad and blended in-person training curriculum covering essential topics such as Business Storytelling, Relationship Building, Market Research & Product and Financial Management.
The Role:
As a Partnerships Executive, you'll join a high-impact team focused on enabling, scaling, and deepening Fospha’s relationships with the platforms that power digital marketing.
This is a graduate-level role designed to develop future leaders. You’ll be hands-on with major ad platforms, supporting both strategic execution and day-to-day coordination. You’ll also work closely with internal teams - especially Marketing, Product and our Customer Teams - to make sure our partners have what they need to help customers grow.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting our partner managers in coordinating with Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and others
- Preparing decks, talking points and training sessions to enable partner sales teams
- Tracking and reporting on partner performance and engagement
- Liaising across internal teams to keep initiatives moving and aligned
- Owning communications or enablement efforts for specific territories or smaller partners
- Researching and initiating contact with emerging or long-tail partners
- In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen Ai hub!
