Test Engineer

Performance Test Engineer | 6-Month Contract | Glasgow | Hybrid

A Performance Test Engineer is required to support end-to-end non-functional testing across complex application environments. The role will focus on performance, scalability, stability and reliability, working closely with development, architecture, infrastructure and business teams.

Key responsibilities include:
* Define performance test requirements, workload models and test plans
* Develop and maintain LoadRunner/Performance Centre scripts and test data
* Execute performance tests, monitor systems and analyse results
* Identify bottlenecks, performance risks and appropriate mitigations
* Produce performance metrics, test summaries and status reporting
* Support performance testing across cloud and legacy environments

* LoadRunner / Performance Centre
* Web HTTP/HTML, TruClient and Web Services
* MuleSoft, TIBCO and Mule ESB
* Dynatrace / AppDynamics
* Performance testing frameworks and standards
* Agile delivery
