About the Role
KayDev Technology is looking for an experienced Systems Architect for a 30-month engagement with the NYS Department of Health in Albany, NY. You’ll lead enterprise architecture, design integrations across ESB/iPaaS, IAM, cloud and API management platforms, review new projects for architectural impact, and help shape the enterprise roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 84 months of enterprise architecture experience, including managing enterprise solutions, software license agreements, procurements, RFIs, RFPs, writing proposals and overall enterprise budgets
• 84 months in systems integrations involving multiple disparate mid-tier platforms such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft), Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud platforms and API management platforms
• 84 months with data systems using Oracle and other leading database platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or IBM Db2
• 84 months designing and implementing service-oriented systems
• 84 months reviewing new projects for overall architectural impact and providing architecture assurance
• 84 months researching and evaluating software/hardware products and industry trends for enterprise portfolio assessment and the enterprise roadmap
• 84 months designing, developing, implementing and supporting enterprise applications
• 84 months in infrastructure capacity planning, performance management and related functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar field
