Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Master Data Analyst to join a collabrative team on an initial 6-12 month daily rate contract.

This role will suit a hands-on SAP Master Data specialist with strong BAU support experience who can also identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes and strengthen master data governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day SAP master data maintenance, updates and issue resolution.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy and consistency of master data across relevant SAP modules.
  • Investigate and resolve complex master data issues, performing root cause analysis where required.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, finance and operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve master data processes, data quality and governance.
  • Review existing processes and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support data cleansing, validation, reporting and mass data maintenance activities.
  • Maintain master data procedures, standards and documentation.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in a Senior SAP Master Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proven experience providing hands-on SAP master data BAU support.
  • Strong understanding of Material, Vendor and Customer Master Data.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality and mass data maintenance tools.

  • Location: Melbourne CBD
  • Duration: Initial 6-12 months
  • Engagement: Daily rate contract
