 Detailed Job Description:

•         Lead technical delivery for enterprise retail OMS solutions across development, enhancements, upgrades, and support activities.

•         Work hands-on on OMS triage, issue analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production and integration issues.

•         Analyze order, inventory, fulfillment, payment, returns, and downstream integration issues across OMS and connected systems.

•         Own design and development activities for OMS configurations, extensions, Java-based backend components, REST services, and integrations.

•         Design and support integrations with eCommerce, ERP, payment gateways, fraud systems, WMS/3PL, carrier systems, and other enterprise platforms.

•         10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience preferred.

•         Strong hands-on experience in Retail Order Management Systems, with a deep understanding of omnichannel order orchestration, inventory availability, fulfillment, and return processes.

•         A very good experience in Blue Yonder OMS is preferred. If Blue Yonder OMS experience is not available, strong IBM Sterling OMS experience will also be considered.

•         Strong hands-on Java development experience with RESTful API integrations and OMS extensibility.

•         Experience in troubleshooting production issues, performing root-cause analysis, and managing L2/L3 support scenarios.

•         Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and supporting cloud deployments on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

•         Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment management.

•         Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders and global teams.
