Senior Musical Instrument Retail Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you'll assist customers with band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories while promoting private lesson programs. You'll open and close the store, lead by example on the floor, coach associates, and support merchandising and inventory tasks. Collaborating with school service reps, you'll help students, parents, and educators access the right gear. This is a mission-driven role for someone passionate about music, education, and achieving sales goals in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to students, parents, and educators
• Drive sales of instruments, rentals, repairs, accessories, and lessons
• Open and close the store, handling basic cash and security procedures
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support coaching of associates
• Promote private lesson programs and communicate offerings to customers
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and maintaining store appearance
• Support inventory, stock replenishment, and product organization
• Collaborate with school service reps to meet local school needs
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and service goals
