Job Description: NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

About the Role

GuruNanda is looking for an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to lead and optimize its NetSuite ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SuiteScript 2.x development, NetSuite OneWorld, ERP administration, and integrations with high-volume e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.

This role will drive ERP stabilization, system enhancements, business process optimization, and integrations across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation transition, stabilization, production support, release management, UAT, and post-go-live optimization.

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.

• Manage end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Design scalable order management and omnichannel workflows, including subsidiary mapping, intercompany transactions, multi-currency, and tax configurations.

• Configure workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, permissions, and business processes.

• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve ERP functionality and business efficiency.

• Manage implementation partners, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, and system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot ERP issues related to technical defects, business processes, data quality, integrations, and user training.

• Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, financial controls, and compliance with applicable audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting and enhancing NetSuite in a live production environment.

• Advanced development experience with SuiteScript 2.x.

• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar B2C e-commerce platforms.

• Extensive experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including:

  • Multi-subsidiary management

  • Intercompany transactions

  • Consolidated financial reporting

  • Multi-currency and tax management

• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, receiving, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and financial controls.

• Experience leading UAT, release management, technical documentation, and cross-functional ERP initiatives.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or high-volume e-commerce environments.

• Knowledge of supply chain management and warehouse operations.

• Experience with 3-Way Match, Item Master Governance, and Source-to-Pay processes.

• Familiarity with RF-SMART, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), MES, and QMS integrations.

• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, or other integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and EDI integrations.

• Understanding of SOX-compliant processes, audit controls, and ERP security governance.
