This is more than a technical role.

You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, sustainable and commercially focused mechanical designs.

As an Associate, you'll also help shape the direction of projects, mentor engineers and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading the mechanical design of a varied portfolio of projects.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Coordinating with electrical, public health and external design teams.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • Reviewing technical designs and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
  • Driving sustainable, energy-efficient engineering solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience within a Building Services Consultancy.
  • Strong mechanical building services design experience.
  • Chartered Engineer (or working towards Chartership).
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring engineering teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering quality engineering.
Why Join?

This consultancy combines the technical capability of an established practice with the culture of a close-knit team. Engineers are encouraged to take ownership, collaborate openly and deliver innovative solutions that genuinely make a difference.

You'll join a business that values:

  • Sustainable, energy-efficient engineering.
  • Technical excellence.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Long-term client relationships.
  • Professional development and continuous learning.

If you're looking for an opportunity where your experience will have real influence—both technically and commercially—we'd love to hear from you.
