RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an OCM - Change Management Lead in Seattle, WA.

Summary

The OCM - Change Management Lead will own the Organizational Change Management strategy for a large-scale SAP implementation, supporting stakeholders through the transition from current-state to future-state processes. This role will lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications planning, and overall change readiness throughout the design phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for the SAP implementation
• Define the program's change, communication, and training approach
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses to identify how future-state processes will affect impacted teams and end users
• Develop stakeholder interview questions and facilitate interviews with key business stakeholders
• Identify and maintain impacted stakeholder and end-user groups for program communications
• Create clear communications and engagement materials aligned with established branding and communication standards
• Develop and maintain the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy
• Partner with the Program Delivery Director and functional and enabling workstream leads to identify and document organizational change impacts
• Ensure change impacts are captured as design decisions and documentation are finalized
• Coordinate stakeholder access, interviews, and engagement activities throughout the design phase
• Support overall organizational readiness for the transition to SAP

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations or transformations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Experience conducting change impact assessments
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and assessments
• Ability to translate system and process changes into clear business and end-user impacts
• Experience partnering with functional, technical, and program leadership teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting organizational readiness and adoption initiatives
• English proficiency
• Must be able to work on-site in Seattle, WA, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
