Location: 100% REMOTE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation and ERP functional configuration. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex application issues, manage system configurations, ensure business continuity, and improve application performance and reliability.
The role requires strong technical and functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle ICM and related ERP functional components.
  • Analyze complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Support application remediation, engineering support, and system performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholders to resolve application issues.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement preventive measures.
  • Lead and guide team members, share technical knowledge, and support team development.
  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, support procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to team decisions and coordinate resolution of issues across multiple teams.
Required skills:
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience in application support, ERP functional configuration, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation (Oracle ICM).
  • Experience with functional configuration and support of ERP applications.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, application remediation, and engineering support skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting critical business applications.
