Job Description
Sprung from the site of a fallow tree nursery, Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection is a 140-acre retreat in New York’s Hudson Valley, just 90 minutes from New York City. Anchored by its namesake farm with orchards, heirloom gardens, and animals, the retreat offers immersive seasonal experiences like foraging walks, cooking workshops, and healing sessions. A three-mile walking trail links 65 stand-alone cabins, cottages, and suites with the Movement Studio and Maplehouse, a lofty barn home to a dynamic cooking school.
The Spa Coordinator will assist with daily operations, including maintaining the spa’s schedule, coordinating with therapists and staff, and handling inquiries about services and products. Your organizational skills and warm demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and daily wellness experiences.
- Ability to recommend services and enhancements through suggestive selling.
- Facilitates bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate sales reconciliation and cash-out procedures.
- Greets all guests in a warm and welcoming manner and utilizes name recognition multiple times throughout their visit.
- Navigate guest feedback in real time, ensuring guest satisfaction. Communicate any concerns to spa leadership in a timely manner.
- Ensures the Spa areas are in a spotless condition through daily facilities walkthroughs.
- Coordinates with the Itinerary Design team to ensure guest experiences are up to date and accurate.
- Responsible for responding to phone calls and email correspondence in a timely manner.
- Communicate with necessary departments to support a seamless stay for our guests.
- Maximizes revenue of treatments and programs through effective scheduling, yield management.
- Knowledgeable of all of the experiences that are offered at Wildflower Farms. Speaks confidently about other departments within the hotel.
- Participate in all designated programs, daily rallies, and trainings.
Rate: $18/hr
