Job Description

We are looking for Unix Specialist for our client in Alpharetta, GA

Job Title: Unix Specialist

Job Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $48.00hr - $53.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Enterprise level experience in Unix/Linux Administration.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and associated technologies including NFS, NIS, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of Unix System monitoring.
  • Knowledge of NTP/Time Keeper.
  • Programming knowledge in Shell, PERL, or Python.
  • Experience with Infoblox DDI solution.
  • Knowledge of Veritas Cluster Server products.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Unix/Linux Administration at an enterprise level.
  • Manage TCP/IP and associated network services.
  • Monitor Unix systems to ensure performance and availability.
  • Utilize Shell, PERL, or Python for system programming and automation.

  • RedHat Enterprise Linux certification.
