Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FI S/4HANA Transformation Advisor to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of SAP FI experience, multiple successful S/4HANA transformation engagements, and strong experience working in complex global environments.

This role requires a senior-level advisory and consulting mindset. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, and independently assess and challenge the System Integrator’s approach when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level SAP FI and S/4HANA transformation advisory.
• Lead and support complex S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Review, validate, and challenge SI design and implementation approaches.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner closely with LivaNova business and IT stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on SAP FI processes, solution design, and transformation strategy.
• Help drive project decisions, issue resolution, and overall project progress.
• Collaborate effectively across global teams and complex organizational environments.
• Communicate recommendations and project status to senior business and IT leadership.
• Provide strong governance and oversight throughout the transformation.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of strong SAP FI experience.
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Successfully delivered multiple S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong SAP FI functional and transformation expertise.
• Experience working in large, complex, global environments.
• Strong advisory/consulting experience rather than an execution-only background.
• Ability to challenge, validate, and assess SI recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with business and IT leadership.
• Ability to work independently and influence project direction.
• Onsite availability in Houston, TX.
