TA/LV Petroleum is looking for a Truck Shop Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and operational discipline to oversee the full truck service department at our Rogers location.

As our Truck Shop Manager, you'll take full ownership of the shop’s performance — from customer satisfaction to financial targets. This includes:

  • Leading daily shop operations: Ensure timely, professional service for heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs.
  • Managing technicians and service staff: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring top-tier customer service and operational execution.
  • Driving revenue and profitability: Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives to grow shop revenue, manage labor cost, and reduce downtime.
  • Maintaining safety and compliance: Champion safety protocols and ensure the shop complies with company and industry standards.
  • Customer engagement: Serve as the face of the service center, resolving escalations and ensuring every driver leaves better than they arrived.
  • Proven experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems
  • 3+ years in a supervisory/management role; preferably in truck stop, service bay, or logistics environments
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team
  • Comfort using systems for scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory
