The Role

• Enriching the lives of residents through dedicated care and support.
• Performing classic geriatric nursing tasks, including medication management, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Building trusting relationships with residents, their families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Providing professional and personal guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Contributing creatively to daily life activities as an expert in your field.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist.
• Alternatively, other completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to collaboration.
• A passion for providing meaningful care and enriching the lives of others.

• A salary range of €3710 - €4560 gross per month (depending on pay grade) plus qualification bonuses for a 39-hour week.
